I've noticed that a lot of people ask the same general questions over and over again and while we're happy to answer them, we would much rather spend time answering more specific questions about the sanctuary and discussing mechs. So I've decided to create an FAQ document for people to look at when they have general questions.

Q: How do I get marches/mobility?

A: A lot of people say breed OP Wind and City GD over and over again until it drops. That's one way to do it but it's not the best way. The best way is to breed OP Wind and City GD until a decent female wind drops. Then take that female wind and breed it back to the OP Wind. Every time you get a decent egg, breed it back with one of the parents. Incest is best. Marches and Mobility will eventually drop if you do it this way. Wind is a great source of many useful traits so you'll probably get some other useful things along the way.

Q: Can I breed Mobility Curse?

A: Only if you have a Kabam seed with MC on it. Check the guide to see which seeds have MC on them and try for them when they're available. You can also get it from a Greater Crystal of Speed but that's it.

Q: What traits are good to use on attack/defense?

A: A lot of it depends on your style of play and what kind of marches you like to send/wall you put up. In general, curses tend to be better on attack and life and speed boosts tend to be great on defense. Things like Artillery and Suppression work great on attack. Note: This is my personal opinion (one that many others share but it's still an opinion). Ultimately, you should read Chapter 5 thoroughly to develop a full understanding of how mechs work so you can figure out what boosts will work best for your style of play.

Q: Where can I find the list of Omni Nightshades?

A: Chapter 7 of the Guide has a full list of them with the corresponding script codes. Abbreviations for the traits are in Chapter 8: The Dragon Traits.

Q: What are the best dragons to get Burden?

A: Pureblood Stone Dragon seems to work for a lot of people but I've personally had it drop pretty regularly in the Water Dragon line. I've also dropped it in the Fire and Wind lines.

Q: What do I breed to get AT Load Curse?

A: Try Water/Woolly or Psychic/Hydra

Q: Is there a list of non-working sanctuary traits?

A: One exists in comment form in various groups and in the heads of the admins and players who know the game. Because this question gets asked so often, here's a list:

Discipline, Resurrection, Invocation, Sentinel's Blessing, Taxes and Life Leech are proven to not work at this time. AP is working but it needs to be matched with the opponent's defense in order to work like it used to. MC and Burden are supposedly capped at 90% but the cap is visual only and can be broken with a few refreshes.

Other Notes:

At this time, the maximum level of the Science Center is 15 despite revival researches stating a level 16 SC as a requirement. Kabam will undoubtedly release level 16 SC at some point but until then, level 15 is the max.

Ruiners, Cannons, and Golems can all be revived (golems can't be reaped though) but Stalkers are a non-revivable troop until Kabam says otherwise.
